I tried to improve the self-made foam gun in order to finish the car wash sooner.
Use two pumps to double the amount of foam discharged.
CAD modeling and 3D printer modeling were possible without problems.
However, when it is actually moved, the motor is overloaded and the capacity of the battery is insufficient. And the momentum of the bubbles coming out is very weak.
As a result, it was not useful.
It was not good with 4 AA alkaline batteries. Perhaps using a single battery will have enough capacity and will draw enough current to make it useful, but it will be too big.
I think this is due to a voltage drop. Look for a dry battery with a low internal resistance, or a lithium ion secondary battery. Nickel metal hydride batteries were not enough.
In fact, it was quite heavy.
If this is the case, make another motor type that works well and blow out bubbles with both hands.
