Premiere – How to make and insert gif animation

If you have a few minutes of video, I think it’s better to have it uploaded to Youtube, but for 10 seconds I personally think that it is better to embed it with gif animation on the site.

Since I can create gif animations with Premiere, I will introduce them and show you how to embed gif animations into your site with WordPress.

How to make is very easy

You can select the animated GIF format from the media export menu.

ただし、これがデフォルトの場合、スマートフォンで撮影したビデオは約10秒で150 MBになります。

There is also a rental server contract, and above all, if you look at a smartphone by mistake, the data capacity jumps at once.

It is effective to change width and height (frame size) and frame rate in basic video settings to compress. Quality does not work well.

If you set the frame rate to approximately 20 by setting the 1280 x 720 movie to 320 x 180 originally, it will be approximately 7 MB.

As it is large even at 7MB, it is better to avoid gif animations frequently.
By the way, if the frame size is 1/10 (128 × 72) and the frame rate is 50, it is about 2 MB.

After inserting with WordPress, you can expand the screen, but when you expand the screen with a 2MB video, it feels like this.

Extreme compression (128 × 72 and frame rate 1) can reduce the size to 66.6 KB.

However, this is hardly an animation.

If it is about 2-3MB if it is about 10 seconds of video, it is easy to see. I think that 10MB can be seen pretty well.
Since the compression also differs depending on the image, it is better to change the frame size and rate, make some, check and choose the best for yourself.

Oh, I forgot to explain how to insert gif animation in WordPress.
Simple. Click Add Media, drag and drop, and it’s OK.
