From My eBayPurchase history, click ▼ to the right of More actions for the target product to open it.

Click I did n’t receive it or Contact seller.
Sometimes I did n’t receive it, so click on Contact seller.

If I did n’t receive my item, click on request refund or more information below.

Select I want a refund and click Send request.

Add a message to the seller as long as I did n’t receive my item.
If you have purchased several items and have not received all of them, enter the number.
If you have only purchased one, the Quantity not received entry field will not appear.

You will receive a refund email in as little as 1 minute.
This $ 4.69 refund email came in 1 minute.
