When the item purchased from eBay does not arrive

There is a risk that products will not arrive when purchasing from abroad

1. When I confirm Purchase history, there are no pictures.
2. Items purchased from other shops on eBay at the same time have already arrived

4. I can not contact the seller directly.

There are so many reasons for this refund.
