Queso de Valdeón ・ ・ ・ Taste like blue mold cheese and delicious. The smell is a little stronger among blue mold cheese (meaning being sold in Japan). Because of the strong cheese taste, it is difficult to find a suitable wine.
Queso Manchego ・ ・ ・ Cheese made from sheep’s milk. It is easy to eat. There is no smell. Personally, I would like to drink it with dry white wine.
Queso de Murcia ・ ・ ・ Goat cheese, red wine, so the skin is red. The color of the white part of the contents is very clear and beautiful. The salt was just good as the Appetizers.
