I changed the theme of WordPress and customized it.
Cocoon is overwhelmingly competent and easy to use.
I will memorize it before I forget it.
Setting to keep privacy policy etc displayed on top page.
Dashboard→ Appearance → menus
You can create a menu, select a fixed page that has already been created, and add it to the menu.
It will not be displayed unless you check in Header Navigation.
